What’s the tea on the process?

Step One: Securing Your Date

Once we receive your inquiry form, we will get back to you within two weeks.

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over your contract and retainer details to officially secure your date.

Wedding dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are officially secured once the contract is signed and the retainer payment is received.

From that moment on, you’re locked in!

Step Two: Content Planning

Depending on your package, you’ll either receive a detailed questionnaire or we’ll hop on a call to walk through your vision.

This is where we get into the fun details - your must-have moments, the overall vibe you’re going for, and any songs you’d love incorporated into your edited videos. We LOVE inspo videos so feel free to send any and all inspo to us!

Step Three: Capturing Your Big Day

When your wedding day finally arrives, we come ready to hit the ground running!

Your only job is to be fully present and soak it all in with your loved ones. We’ll be right there documenting all the big moments and candid BTS.

Step Four: Content Delivery

When you wake up the next day, your raw videos and photos will be waiting for you to dive into within your Dropbox folder.

We aim to deliver your raw gallery within 24 hours. Your edited videos will be delivered within 72 hours.

  • A wedding content creator captures candid, behind-the-scenes moments throughout your wedding day using an iPhone.

    Why you should hire one: You'll receive hundreds of photos and videos within 24 hours, allowing you to relive and share your wedding memories before your professional gallery arrives.

  • Not at all! Many of our couples have private social media accounts or rarely post online. Wedding content creation isn't just about creating content for Instagram, it's about preserving memories.

    Having candid photos and videos to look back on, share with family and friends, and relive your wedding day is something everyone can enjoy, whether you post online or not.

  • I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your wedding date!

    While many couples book months in advance, I've also had couples secure their date just 2-3 months before their wedding.

    To allow time for planning and preparation, bookings should ideally be finalized at least one month before your wedding day. If availability permits, I may be able to accommodate last-minute inquiries.

    Note: My 2027 calendar is currently being finalized, but feel free to inquire if you're planning ahead.

  • A signed contract and $200 retainer are required to officially secure your wedding date.

    The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding, with the option to split the final payment into two installments. All invoices are sent via PayPal.

  • We will send your full gallery through Dropbox.

  • Yes! I serve the Bay Area and beyond. If your wedding is outside of Northern California, you will need to cover flights and two nights of accommodations.

  • I'm all about capturing your day in a way that feels authentic to you. Whether you're dreaming of content that's moody and luxe, bright and airy, beachy and playful, or candid and documentary-style, I can adapt my approach to match your vision.

    I'm easygoing, collaborative, and will work seamlessly alongside your photography and videography team.
